We have 20 years experience in manufacturing custom molded rubber parts and products. We offer injection molding, compression molding, transfer molding as well as plastic injection components.

We are the biggest rubber molding supplier for automotive suspension components in the northern part of Taiwan. We′ve been producing rubber to metal bonding components for two decades. We know all the key factors to form a good bonding, and one of the key factors is to do the metal surface pre-treatment in-house and to control the quality.

We are one of the few factories that equipped with full range of metal surface pre-treatment machines, including sand blasting, tumbling, automatic cleaning and phosphate coating line, drying oven, bonding agent spray lines.

We also specialize in silicone rubber molding components.

We′ve been producing swim gear and medical components in silicone rubber for nearly two decades, and compare to other, we would have more experience and knowledge about this material.
